Nashville, TN – Properly done, a bowl of fresh pasta is irresistible. No matter if it’s delicate stands tossed simply in olive oil, garlic and chili flake or long-simmered Bolognese sauce clinging to toothsome twists.
Inspired by such dishes he enjoyed throughout Italy, chef Gerard Craft created Pastaria, a family-friendly, full-service restaurant devoted to past making, saucing and eating. He introduced the concept first in Saint Louis, and now in the oneC1TY development off Charlotte Avenue. Organic pasta is the headliner, but his menu is replete with appetizers, salads, wood-fired pizzas and specialty desserts.
