Nashville, Tennessee – More than 100 people braved stormy weather to attend Nashville’s second Pastaria Pop-Up at oneC1TY’s C1TY BLOX on Wednesday, May 25. Chef/Owner Gerard Craft of Niche Food Group hosted the event to preview his new restaurant Pastaria Nashville, which will open at oneC1TY later this summer.
The event featured Chef Craft’s Neapolitan-style pizzas cooked in an 8,000-pound mobile pizza oven, as well as craft beer from St. Louis’s top brewery, Perennial Artisan Ales. Craft and crew quickly sold out of their signature pizza and look forward to serving up many more dishes to Nashville.
Pastaria’s highly anticipated menu will feature soups, salads, appetizers, organic pastas, Neapolitan-style pizzas, wood oven entrées, and gelato as well as other Italian-inspired desserts. Craft describes the restaurant as “town hall” style of dining, a lively atmosphere where all are welcome.
